DiversID is an open-access online database for human identification and forensic applications.

This database supports a genetic information base on the massively parallel sequencing (MPS) technology and demonstrates several population statistical analysis into a simple information graphic such as allele frequencies, Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium, heterozygosity, and more.

 For the early phase, the database was developed using Miseq FGx (Illumina) format file. The statistic calculation and genetics population parameters were followed by an ISFG recommendation and international working groups. We would love to hear your feedback.
